Teresa, a teacher from Charlotte, NC, is suing her ex-boyfriend Tomek for charges he put on her credit card. Teresa is fed up with Tomek taking advantage of her and wants Tomek to follow through on his verbal agreement to pay her back. Tomek claims the purchases on her credit card were all gifts and Teresa was just trying to buy his love. Tomek feels the only reason Teresa wants money now is because she is jealous that he has a new girlfriend.
